Luxury condos in Brooklyn Heights, Love Lane Mews.

Thirty-eight newly transformed condo residences will soon go on sale in historic and sought-after Brooklyn Heights. Love Lane Mews, nestled at the corner of College Place and Love Lane, is a new luxury loft condominium.

The old building which was once a parking garage has been transformed by developers Manhattan Skyline and Sterling Equities into an intimate 38-unit residence with a beautiful masonry facade.

“At Love Lane Mews, we created gracious homes on an intimate block that truly capture the romance of its location. It’s a very rare opportunity to live on such a quiet historic mews in one of New York City’s most coveted locations,” said Laurie Zucker, a principal of Manhattan Skyline.

Features and amenities at these luxury condos in Brooklyn Heights

Love Lane Mews residents will be welcomed through an inviting lobby with African teak paneling, original exposed brick walls, Koala honed marble floors, and attended by a 24-hour concierge.

The new homes at Love Lane Mews feature solid white-oak strip flooring and soaring ten to fifteen-foot ceilings. Many feature exposed brick walls, gas-burning fireplaces and private terraces or balconies.

“Buyers drawn to this picturesque and exclusive corner of one of Brooklyn’s most beautiful neighborhoods will be thrilled to find living spaces that are as exquisitely designed and finely finished as the homes at Love Lane Mews,” said Richard Cantor of Cantor Pecorella, the company handling exclusive sales and marketing for the project. “The expansive homes offer both privacy and comfort with all the best features of a large, luxury condo building, but on a small, boutique scale.”

Stylish kitchens feature custom-designed solid cherry wood cabinetry with glass inset doors, honed Jet Mist granite countertops accented by white polished glass tile backsplashes, and high-end stainless steel appliances by Viking and Bosch, and Grohe pull-out faucets.

Elegant porcelain tiled master baths tout solid cherry wood double vanities with undermount Kohler sinks and Calacatta Paonazzo marble countertops. Deep Zuma 6′ long soaking tubs, surrounded in Calacatta Paonazzo marble, are accompanied by separate frameless glass stall showers, both with satin nickel Purist faucets by Kohler.

Each Brooklyn Heights condo home has its own full-size Bosch washer and dryer. McQuay water source heat pumps for heating and air conditioning are located throughout each residence.

The homes at Love Lane Mews should be ready for occupancy this fall.
