Macworld Asia 2011 set for Beijing in September.

More than 200,000 dealers, manufacturers and Apple fans are expected to converge on Beijing, China, in September to visit and be seen at Macworld Asia 2011.

International Data Group (IDG), the organizer of Macworld Asia 2011, announced that the expo, which is themed “Mac Designs Your Life”, will be held at China National Convention Center in Beijing on September 22-25, 2011, the first Macworld in Asia. Macworld Asia 2011 will bring together international giants and China’s outstanding IT enterprises as well as leading companies across the industry chain of Apple from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, building an unprecedented platform in the Asian market to showcase Apple-related products and for Apple users to exchange their opinions. The four-day event is expected to attract an audience of over 200,000.

As a comprehensive event for the innovative Apple industry chain, Macworld Asia 2011 will bring together core enterprises and institutions covering sectors of component supply, design and manufacture, platform architecture, assembly and production, software development, and content offering. Through collective appearance on this high-end platform, leading companies in each of these sectors can further highlight their strengths. In this way, the future picture of the Asian Apple industry chain will gradually become clear.
