New iPhone application for job seekers

A new iPhone application just released is making searching for a job easier.

SmartJobBoard, a job board software vendor, has released the SJB – iPhone application for a job board.

SJB app is iPhone application for job boards powered by SmartJobBoard job board software. It provides job seekers with an innovative way to access your job board directly from their iPhones.

The application provides all the main features any job board has. It can be used for searching for a job, applying for a job, saving a job for later review, creating job alerts, viewing job on map, emailing job to a friend.

The application includes such iPhone specific features as: “use my current location” function that allows searching around the place you’re currently located, saving employer contacts directly to contact list on iPhone.

SmartJobBoard CEO Rodion Telpizov said that the application could be configured to work with any other job board, powered by any other software package.

“Our developers can also customize SJB app to customer particular needs, in case standard feature would not be enough,” Mr Telpizov said.

Demo version of SJB app is available on apple store by the following link: http://itunes.apple.com/app/sjb-app/id406104233?mt=8 . Customers purchasing SJB app can fully rebrand it for their job board.
