Donald trump cleared the air in a live interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News on Thursday night after he said that the relationship between him and DeSantis is solid.
The fuss began last week after Trump called politicians who have refused to take the COVID-19 buster gutless.Â
DeSantis has refused to reveal if he got the buster and dodges the question whenever asked. He stated that everyone is free to choose what to do. Taking the buster should not be forced on people.Â
He went on to criticize how Trump handles the pandemic.
The two have been getting on well; Trump endorsed the Florida governor. The tension has been increasing between the two politicians.Â
Trump believes that his move to endorse the Florida governor made him successful. However, DeSantis finds this not to be true.Â
People believe that Trump is irritated by the popularity of DeSantis and, after refusing to denounce that he will also be contesting for the 2024 presidential elections. Trump stated that DeSantis is ungrateful for making him win the gubernatorial seat.Â
DeSantis has clearly defined that he will not submit to Trump’s wishes or demands.Â
Trump believes that DeSantis is not a match for him. Defeating him will be so easy. However, he praised the Florida governor, saying that he is an excellent person and having him as the vice president would be the best thing.Â
Judging from how the Florida governor is confident about running, he cannot admit to being a team maker and running for the vice presidents’ seat despite the two republicans having worked together and closely before.Â
Both politicians are confident and believe they will win in the coming elections.
